In a recent news update by team BHP a new Fronx was seen while being tested in Gurgaon. The vehicle was under no camouflage and looked quite similar to that of the regular Fronx. However the presence of a HYBRID logo at the rear made it apparent that the vehicle might be testing the new Fronx Hybrid.
The strong Hybrid version that is being tested by Suzuki might probably be paired with a Z12E engine. The engine is already available with the new swift.
Suzuki has been planning to produce a Hybrid system that is affordable and easy to produce. And would hence make it relevant for Entry level SUV’s like Fronx and possibly swift. Beyond that its also possible that Suzuki might bring the new Hybrid system to the Baleno platforms as well.

The New Hybrid System that Suzuki might bring would possibly have a system in which the batteries would be charged by the engine. The systems would work in tandem to ensure better performance. One of the major benefit of the system would be enhanced fuel efficiency.
