The wait is finally over for all car enthusiasts in India. BMW has launched its high performance sedan in India. It’s a renowned brand in terms of driving dynamics and high performance sedans.

BMW M5: Specifications

The all new M5 is powered by a 4.4 litre V8 engine with traditional revving character. This motor churns out 727hp and a massive 1000 nm of torque. The M5 comes with a M driver’s package which can reach upto a top speed of 305Km/h. Despite being 500kg heavier the its previous generation, it can go from 0-100km/h in just 3.5 seconds.

BMW M5 : Exterior

In front, the M5 looks a lot more aggressive due BMW’s kidney grille in gloss black finish. The front bumper is redesigned with a very sharp looking air inlets along with more pronounced central air damp. when it comes to exterior, the M5 gets a rear spoiler with quad exhaust setup finished in gloss black. It comes with massive 20-inch alloys in front and 21-inch at the rear.

BMW M5: Interior

The interior comes up with minor cosmetic changes, looks familiar to the regular 5-series sedan. This version gets a few new features such as 12.3 inch digital instrument cluster, 14.9 inch touchscreen infotainment system and a Bowers & Wilkins surround sound system.

The BMW M5’s prominent safety features include ABS ( anti lock braking system ), CBC ( cornering brake control), DBC (dynamic brake control) and Active Roll Stabilisation along with Active Roll Comfort.

The all new M5 is available India as completely built-up unit (CBU) priced at Rs 1.99 Cr ( ex-showroom). This new generation sits higher on price than its predecessor which was priced at Rs 1.62 Cr (ex-showroom).
