Toyota has added a new member to their BZ4X range, the BZ4X Touring. The new additions helps the brand further diversify their line up and provide the users with a stronger and versatile performance with a significant increase in space. The new addition to the family has been designed keeping the users freedom in perspective as the new vehicle provides a electric powertrain combined with the utility of fast charging and a generous driving range.
Toyota has equipped the new Bz4X touring with a AWD capacity and a SUV body types and the brand’s renowned quality, durability and reliability.
Powertrain and Performance
Toyota would offer the new model with both a front wheel drive version as well as an All wheel drive version. The AWD version would further be equipped with Toyotas intelligence X mode drive control technology and Grip Control that gives the car its true off-roading capabilities. Both the front wheel drive version as well as the All Wheel Drive Version would be launched with a 74.7 KWH lithium ion battery and either a 11Kw and a 22Kw onboard charger- maximum charging speed of the charger would be around 150Kw.
Toyota has revealed, that the front wheel drive version would be able to churn out a max output of 224 DIN HP, and the all wheel drive version of the of the BZ4x touring would be able to output a 380 DIN Hp/280 Kw making this the most powerful Toyota Bev in the line up. With the new changes the car would be able to have driving range of 560Km on the WLTP range.
New Changes
The New BZ4X touring is a seamless extension of the established BZ4x’s SUV style body. Its 140Mm and 20MM higher overall and its overall dimensions. The overall dimensions have been extended to ensure that the load bearing capacity of the car. The car has been equipped with 40:60 flexible rear seat arrangement that means that its simple for the users to convert the cabin as per their use to ensure that all your traveling paraphernalia could be carried with ease.
A peace of Mind Battery Grantee
Toyota has introduced a new battery program in which the any issues related to the battery would be taken care for 10 years of age or up to one million Km’s whichever comes first. The car can further be taken on a annual battery health checkup as well. The car would be revealed in Europe in Spring 2026.
