Alongside the new scooter, the EV brand Ultraviolette has also launched a new bike by the name of Shockwave electric bike at Rs 1.50 Lakh. Just like the scooter these would be introductory prices which would be revised after the sale of first 1000 vehicles to Rs 1.75 lakhs.
The Shockwave weights around 120kg and has a peak out put of around 14.7 Bhp and a peak torque figure of around 505 Nm at the wheel (ultraviolet reached this number by optimizing the gearing – seems like a pretty gargantuan figure for a two wheeler) The Top Speed of the Shockwave is around 120 KPH
