Indian billionaire and Chairman of the Reliance Industries, Mukesh Ambani, re-entered the elite club of individuals having the net worth of over $100 billion. Ambani’s net worth has climbed nearly $20 billion to $100 billion since March, reported Moneycontrol quoting Bloomberg‘s data.
After the latest jump, Mukesh Ambani ranks 16 in the list of richest individuals on the planet, as per the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. Meanwhile, he ranks 14th with the whooping net worth of $106.5 billion on the Forbes real-time billionaires list.
Notably, Indian stock market was in stress from a long time, but the sharp rally in the equities since mid-March led to the sharp surge in the wealth of the Indian billionaires. However, no Indian billionaire made it to the list of the top 10 richest individuals on the planet.
