The act of Municipality is being severely criticised as the infected dead bodies can contaminate water. Such water can affect human health badly.

Earlier, a bull died in Madhya Pradesh’s Chhindwara due to the virus. There is an alarming rate in cases of lumpy virus yet the administration is not accepting it.

In the latest, Haryana has become the most affected state where nearly 29 thousand cattle have been infected while 176 cows have died.

What is Lumpy virus? 

Lumpy disease is a viral disease that affects cattle. It is transmitted by blood-feeding insects, such as certain species of flies and mosquitoes, or ticks. It causes fever and nodules on the skin and can lead to the death of the cattle.

The crash, which occurred on June 13 in a densely populated area during takeoff, claimed over 240 lives and remains under investigation by aviation authorities.
