SP Dehat Swapna Kishore Singh told a press conference in Kotwali Roorkee on Wednesday that on the night of December 17, in Kaliyar, the son Ayaan of a woman named Muskaan, who had been living in live-in with her lover Kasif, resident of Seelampur Nala Delhi, for the last nine years after being separated from her husband, resident of Loni Ghaziabad, was murdered.

Kasif was seen in CCTV footage after the murder wrapping the body in a blanket and tossing it into Ganga Nahar. Following this, the accused fled. Kasif was apprehended by police in the Bhagwanpur area in this case.

Kasif was dubious of Muskaan’s character, according to SP Dehat. Muskaan had relations with someone else, he said. As a result, Kasif murdered his younger son Ayaan to teach Muskaan a lesson, then stuffed his body into a suitcase and dumped it in Gangnahar.
