The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to release the Class 10 and 12 board examination results for 2025 in the coming weeks. Although the board has not officially announced the date, based on previous year patterns, students can expect results for both Class 10 and Class 12 board exams by mid to late May. Last year, the results were announced on May 13, while in 2023, they were released on May 12. A similar schedule is likely this year, but an official update is still awaited. Once the results are declared, students can access their scores by visiting cbse.gov.in or results.cbse.nic.in and entering their roll number, date of birth, and the security code shown on the screen.
The exam for class 10th was concluded on 18th March and exams for class 12th were concluded on April 4, 2025.
How A Candidate Can Check Their Result?
- For this, a candidate needs to visit the official website of CBSE- results.cbse.nic.in.
- Once the page gets loaded, you have to click on ‘CBSE Class 10 Result 2025’ or ‘CBSE Class 12 Result 2025’.
- After this, you have to enter your roll number, date of birth, and security pin.
- Once you do this, your result will appear on the screen.
- At last, you can download a copy of the result for your future reference.

In the year 2024, a total of 22,51,812 candidates have registered for the exams. Out of these 22,38,827 gave the exam and 20,95,467 got passed. This makes the pass percentage of 93.60%.
