CBSE announced the results on May 13 in 2024 and on May 12 in 2023.
Unlike past years, a list of toppers for the Class 10 and Class 12 exam results will not be released by the CBSE this year. This decision has been taken to discourage unhealthy academic competition among students.
Students can download the UMANG app on their iOS or Android devices. Then, log in and access the results for Class 10 and 12.
The expected pass percentage is around 87–88%, the trend seen in 2023 and 2024.
There is an 8-point grading system in place. The top 1/8th of students get A1, while grade E means that the student has to take the exam of the subject again.
Students who are on the borderline may get grace marks from the CBSE. However, they are not guaranteed.
What happens if you forget your roll number and face trouble in logging in on the website? Here’s the solution.
Students can apply for verification or re-evaluation if they suspect any error in their marks. The application can be made on the official CBSE website soon after the result is declared. You need to pay a nominal fee per subject.
