Music maestro A.R. Rahman has been admitted to Apollo hospital in Chennai after he complained about chest pain. According to a report by India Today, Rahman was rushed to the hospital around 7:30 am and underwent some important test.
What Happened?
As per the report, Rahman experienced discomfort and chest pain prior to being taken to the hospital for medical checks including ECG and echocardiogram. While details of his condition at present remain sketchy, sources indicate doctors are keeping close tabs on him and carrying out necessary examinations. There has not been an official word from Rahman or his family on the incident.

As of now no official statement has been released by Rahman, his family or his team. However, Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin has twitted that, “As soon as I heard the news that AR Rahman had been admitted to the hospital due to ill health, I contacted the doctors and inquired about his health. They said he is fine and will be back home soon.”
