AR Rahman Health Update: AR Rahman worried his fans and well wishers after he was hospitalised due to dehydration. The music maestro has now been discharged and his son AR Ameen shared his health update on Instagram. He assured everyone that his father is now doing well and also posted a picture of his health reports.
AR Ameen wrote on Instagram, “To all our dear fans, family, and well-wishers, I sincerely thank you for your love, prayers, and support. My father felt a bit weak due to dehydration, hence we went ahead and did some routine tests, but I’m happy to share that he is doing well now. Your kind words and blessings mean a lot to us. We truly appreciate your concern and continued support. Much love and gratitude to you all!”
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin also posted AR Rahman’s health update on X and wrote, “As soon as I heard the news that Isaipuyal @arrahman had been admitted to the hospital due to ill health, I contacted the doctors and inquired about his health! They said he is fine and will be back home soon! Happy!”

While speaking to NDTV, AR Rahman’s spokesperson shared that the singer-composer felt unwell after he returned from London. The spokesperson said, “He returned from London yesterday and felt unwell, so he went to the hospital for a check-up last night. However, according to the doctors, it was due to dehydration, as he has also been fasting for Ramzan.”

Meanwhile, CEO of Apollo Hospital also assured that the singer is doing well now and told NDTV, “AR Rahman is absolutely fine. He has been discharged.”
On the work front, AR Rahman recently composed music for the film ‘Chhaava’.
