YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia aka Beer Biceps has finally returned to Instagram after more than a month of staying away following the India’s Got Latent controversy. In his first post since the controversy, Ranveer, shared a series of pictures with his team, family and pet.
Taking to Instagram, he wrote, “Thank you to my loved ones. Thank you, universe . A new blessed chapter begins – Rebirth…” He also re-shared the same post on his BeerBiceps Instagram page, writing, “Healing because of you all. Be with us tomorrow.”
Ashish Chanchlani’s Playful Warning
Ranveer’s post instantly grabbed attention and reactions from fans and his fellow Youtuber. Among them was popular content creator Ashish Chanchlani, who was also involved in the IGL row, left a playful comment which reads: “Love you, but next time you are meeting me, please don’t crack jokes near me,” referencing to the joke he cracked before that landed them all in a trouble.

India’s Got Latent Controversy
Ranveer Allahbadia faced severe backlash after making inappropriate comments on Samay Raina’s show India’s Got Latent. His remarkswere intended as jokes but got widely criticised as offensive and vulgar. Multiple FIRs were lodged against him and the Supreme Court, while granting interim protection from arrest condemned his words, saying that he has a :’dirty mind’ that shamed society.
Following the outrage, Ranveer issued a written apology to the National Commission for Women (NCW) and later posted a video on X, admitting that his comments were inappropriate and not funny.
With over 10.5 million YouTube subscribers and a strong social media presence, Ranveer is now attempting to move past the controversy.
