The buzz around Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 7 is building up as Asianet officially announced the return of superstar Mohanlal as the host and opened the doors for commoner participation.
The reality show will once again give everyday people a shot at fame by allowing them to step inside the iconic Bigg Boss house.
Taking to Instagram, Asianet wrote, “Attention BiggBoss Fans…Dreaming of entering the Bigg Boss house? Here’s your golden chance!” They also shared a quirky ‘leaked chat’ between fans, revealing the application process. Aspiring participants will have to follow these steps to apply:

Season 5 saw the entry of common people in Bigg Boss Malayalam for the first time, in which Gopika Gopi won the hearts. Season 6 saw commoner contestants like Nandana, Nishana N and Resmin Bai. Now it will be interesting to see how many commoners become a part of the show along with celebrity contestants this time.
Since its debut in 2018, Bigg Boss Malayalam has had Mohanlal as its consistent and charismatic host. The last season ran from March 10 to June 16, 2024, in which 19 participants participated. The trophy of this season was won by Jinto Bodycraft, and Arjun Shyam Gopan became the first runner-up.
