BTS member Jin has teamed up with popular South Korean actor Lee Min Ho for his new K-drama ‘When The Stars Gossip’. However, the K-pop star lent his voice to the show’s OST ‘Close To You’. The song has already achieved a big milestone by debut at more than one million streams on Spotify.
According to reports, ‘Close To You’ debuted at 1,250,014 streams on the first day. The song has already become a big chartbuster and Jin’s vocals combined with Lee Min Ho’s visuals has been praised by fans.

‘When The Stars Gossip’ also stars Gong Hyo-jin in the lead roles. The show revolves around the love story between a space-tourist and an astronaut on a space station. It is available to watch on Netflix. New episodes are out every Saturday and Sunday.
He will next star in the movie ‘The Prophet’, also titled ‘Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint’. The movie also stars Jisoo, Ahn Hyo Seop, Chae Soo Bin, Shin Seung Ho, Nana, Park Ho San, and Choi Young Joon in the lead roles. The web novel revolves around a young man, who has a passion for reading and his favourite novel is ‘Three Ways to Survive in a Ruined World’. Things take a turn when the events of the novel start unfolding in real life and he uses his knowledge of the story to survive in the world.

He was last seen in the web series ‘Pachinko’ with Kim Min-ha, Ji Ha and Soji Arai. The show is based on the 2117 novel of the same name and is streaming on Apple TV+.
