Indian Film director David Dhawan and actor Varun Dhawan are working together again on a new comedy film, ‘Hai Jawani to Ishq Hona Hai.’ This information came from the exclusive report of Pinkvilla, where it has been said that more than half of the movie has already been filmed. The stars of the movie are Varun Dhawan, Mrunal Thakur and Pooja Hegde. According to the report, the team will move to Scotland on April 22, 2025, for a month to shoot some more scenes of the movie.
Reportedly, a source close to the movie development told Varun Dhawan and the team are planning to Scotland for 30 days to shoot more scenes there. It also mentioned that this shoot will also film two important songs, a chasing scene and several funny parts for the movie ‘Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai. ’It’s a big 30-day schedule, which consolidates the multi-genre elements of a David Dhawan film. Varun and team are excited for this big international leg, which brings in a fresh vibe to the comic caper,” revealed by a source.

Further, the person also adds, “Apart from the leading pair of Varun, Mrunal, and Pooja, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai features Maniesh Paul, Jimmy Shergill, Mouni Roy, Chunkey Panday, Rakesh Bedi, and Ali Asgar in key roles. A lot of combination scenes, leading to chaos on screen will be shot in Scotland. The conclusion of Scotland schedule will lead to a film wrap, not-with-standing a couple of songs and some patchwork sequences.” This movie is made by Ramesh Taurani under his company named TIPS.
Like before, this time also Varun Dhawan will be seen doing comedy again as he did in movies like ‘Main Tera Hero’ and ‘Judwaa 2’. Sources confirmed that Varun will also dance to some fun desi (Indian Style) songs. After the completion of this funny movie, Varun will start working on another film named ‘Border 2’, and then on a sequel to the movie ‘No Entry’ directed by Anees Bazmee. He is also talking with Karan Johar and Dinesh Vijan about working in more movies after he finishes his current films.
