Akshay Kumar, who is famous for playing patriotic roles, is doing really well at the box office with his new movie, Kesari 2: The Untold Story of Jallianwala Bagh. The film had a good start and has now beaten all its competitors in India. With steady earnings, Kesari 2 has made a strong place for itself at the box office and is now close to reaching the Rs70 crore mark in its second week.
‘Kesari 2’ Box Office collection day 11:
As per early estimates from industry tracker Sacnilk, Kesari Chapter 2 witnessed a sharp drop after the weekend but still earned Rs 3 crore on its second Monday (Day 11).
The weekend has a strong run, with Rs 7.15 crore on Saturday, followed by a 13% jump to ₹8.1 crore on Sunday.
So far, the film has collected ₹68.40 crore. At this pace, crossing the ₹70 crore mark looks well within reach.

Kesari 2’ Dominates Over ‘Jaat’ and ‘Ground Zero’ at the Box Office
Even though Kesari 2 saw a drop in earnings, it still managed to earn ₹3 crore on Monday. On the other hand, Jaat and Ground Zero struggled and couldn’t even make ₹1 crore. Jaat, starring Sunny Deol as the hero and Randeep Hooda as the villain, earned only ₹62 lakh. Ground Zero, featuring Emraan Hashmi, made ₹70 lakh on Monday.
