No Entry 2, the most awaited sequel, has been grabbing people’s attention for a very long time. Fans of this movie are eager to know when this romantic comedy second part will be released. The audience has great expectations for the movie’s progression.
Reportedly, it has been revealed that Tamannah Bhatia will be seen as the female main character in this movie. It has also been speculated that, for another female lead role, filmmakers are in talks with Aditi Rao Hydari, but there is no official confirmation yet. No Entry 2 will also star Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh and Arjun Kapoor in the lead roles.
As per the report of Peeping Moon, Tamannaah has officially approved her presence in this project by conveying her excitement about this upcoming comedy genre. She will be seen in a role similar to Bipasha Basu’s character from the old version. A few weeks back, Tamannah started working on another movie named Ranger, where she is acting opposite Ajay Devgn.
In February 2025, the director and writer of No Entry 2, Anees Bazmee, shared a post collection of multiple pictures from Greece on his Instagram handle. These photos depict the beginning of the preparation for the madness. There, he also featured Boney Kapoor in the post by mentioning, “Plotting new adventures in Greece with the producer Boney Kapoor ji and DOP Manu Anand ji! Prepping for the madness that’s #NoEntry2.”
In an interview given to the News18 Showsha, Boney Kapoor explained the reason why he couldn’t keep the same actors for No Entry 2, including his brother Anil Kapoor. When asked about the movie, he said that the shooting will start in June 2025. He also said he believes the new movie will be even better than the first one. “It (shooting) will begin soon, probably sooner than expected. We’ve decided on the release date also, it would be October 26, 2025 – Diwali release. The shooting will probably start in June or July. Hopefully, we catch up with the target because again will have a lot of post-production,” he added.
Further, he mentioned, “It is a film which has a lot of potential. In fact, people who’ve heard the subject of No Entry 2 feel that it is better than the earlier No Entry. It has all those elements. Unfortunately, we cannot repeat the same star cast. I waited long enough, but everybody had their own reasons and I respect those reasons. So, it has been freshly packaged now.”
In the meantime, it has been reported that Anil Kapoor is not happy with his elder brother and producer Boney Kapoor over his absence in the sequel casting.
