Fan eagerly waiting for the release of rebel star Prabhas’ next horror-comedy ‘The Raja Saab’ will have to wait a little longer as the movie will not hit the theatres as decided. Produced by People Media and directed by Maruthi, the movie was announced to be released on April 10, 2025. However, the makers have remained silent regarding the delay with no confirmation by either the director or the production house.
The Real Reason Behind The Delay
According to Hindustan Times, the real reason behind the delay is Prabhas’ ankle injury and his busy shooting schedule with Hanu Raghavapudi but now audience will have to wait to see Prabhas is a never- seen avatar before. Their close source also revealed that, Maruthi’s film is VFX heavy, and he wants it to look seamless so the audience can have a fun experience. It has not yet been finalised when the film will be released, but there are still some good spots available throughout the year when it can be released. But a new date will only be announced once they make good headway on post-production.”

Prabhas Packed Schedule
Apart from The Raja Saab, Prabhas has multiple big-budget projects lined up.
