Shefali Jariwala’s sudden death has shocked her fans and loved ones. It was earlier reported that she passed away due to cardiac arrest but the Mumbai police later said that cause of her death is not clear yet. She was only 42. Parag Tyagi, Shefali’s husband, looked shattered as he was seen outside the hospital. He also requested paparazzi not to click his photos or follow him.
Many netizens also slammed the paparazzi for filming Shefali Jariwala’s family and invading their privacy in this tough time. While requesting paparazzi not to click his picture, he simply sais,”Mat karo” and also folded his hands.
Earlier, Mumbai police revealed that the cause of her death is not clear yet. “Mumbai Police received information about this at 1 am. Her body has been sent to Cooper Hospital for postmortem. The cause of death is not yet clear” the cops were quoted as saying by news agency ANI.
Shefali was known as the ‘Kaanta Laga’ girl after she rose to immense fame due to her music video ‘Kaanta Laga’ in 2002. Shefali’s performance in the music video became the rage at the time of its release. From her dance to her outfits, she became the talk of the town and her popularity grew. After Kaanta Laga, she appeared in several reality shows. She participated in Boogie Woogie, Nach Baliye 5, Nach Baliye 7 and Bigg Boss 13. She also starred in the show ‘Shaitani Rasmein’.
Talking about films, Shefali was seen in the 2004 film ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karogi’ alongside Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and Priyanka Chopra. She also starred in the 2011 Kannada film ‘Hudugaru’. She was also seen in the web series ‘Baby Come Naa’.
