New Delhi: Veteran star Reena Roy will be seen making a guest appearance on the reality show Superstar Singer 2. In a promo video released on Wednesday, the 80s icon is seen showering contestants with praises and making a grand entry holding host Aditya Narayan’s hand. Earlier, Taapsee Pannu, Zeenat Aman, and Asha Parekh were seen on the singing reality show.
Reena, who is rarely seen in public, will appear in the upcoming episode of the Sony TV show. Superstar Singer 2 judges include singers Javed Ali and Alka Yagnik, as well as singer-composer Himesh Reshammiya. Many well-known celebrities have appeared on the show and have been blown away by the contestants’ performances. Reena is the most recent addition.

The contestants paid tribute to the veteran actor by performing some of her iconic songs in a promo video shared by the channel. Reena not only enjoyed listening to the little contestants sing in their sweet voices, but she also joined them onstage. She danced to her song Nisha – Jaane Jaan O Meri Jaane Jaan Reena was also impressed by one of the performances, and can be heard in the video telling a contestant in Hindi, “You are such a small girl, yet you have given such a beautiful performance.” After that, you must pinch my hand. Your singing is filled with emotion. Oh my goodness.”

Reena Roy is known for films like Aadmi Kholona Hai, Ajay and Gair among others. She has also made occasional appearances on television. Roy also runs an acting school with her sister Barkha.
