New Delhi: Anil Kapoor, a seasoned actor who is always dishing out serious fitness goals, posted some fascinating videos to social media on Sunday. The actor is presently preparing for his forthcoming movie, Fighter, which also stars Deepika Padukone and Hrithik Roshan.
According to his preparation, 66-year-old Anil Kapoor appears to be doing everything possible. He uploaded recordings of himself using an oxygen mask while exercising at – 110°C.
Anil Kapoor works out rigorously for Fighter
Anil Kapoor is seen receiving cryotherapy in the video. He is exercising shirtless in a small space with subzero temps. Anil may also be seen bouncing and jogging while giving the thumbs up. The JugJugg Jeeyo actor added amusing captions to the videos.
His post read, “Naughty at 40 ka time gaya…its time to be Sexy at 60…#fightermodeon.”
His family and other coworkers were spotted responding to the message shortly after he uploaded it. Even his followers were spotted applauding his commitment. Bhumi Pednekar and Rhea Kapoor both used emojis of their hands raised and a red heart.
Hrithik has finished filming in Hyderabad for one of the Fighter dates. To prepare for the upcoming schedule, the team has already begun shooting. The Siddharth Anand-directed movie is scheduled for release in January 2024.

Anil Kapoor’s Workfront
Animal, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, is Anil Kapoor’s upcoming film in addition to Fighter. He will appear with Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, and Ranbir Kapoor. August of this year will see the movie’s release.
