Infosys Mass Layoffs : Giant Indian IT company Infosys has laid off a large number of its employees. As per media reports, the company organised an internal fresher assessment test in which About 600 employees failed. Employees who failed this test have been fired.

All of them were freshers

According to information in the media, all these employees were freshers. It was a kind of assessment test taken in the company to evaluate the working capability of freshers. In which non-performing employees have been shown the way out from the company. Although the company has not issued an official statement regarding the same .

Infosys fired them in just 6 months

Media reports say,  some of the fired employees had joined the company only in August 2022. Infosys fired them within six months. Let us tell you that Infosys is an India based big  multinational information technology company. It provides services such as business consultancy, information technology and outsourcing across the globe.

Layoff session in IT sector

For the past couple of months It sector has been experiencing a series of layoff. Multinational companies like Google, Meta, Amazon, Infosys. Etc have layoffed employees in the masses.
