Dr. Arunvir Singh as Yamuna Authority CEO said, “future township would support accommodations for more than 14.6 million inhabitants. The development of industrial and commercial sectors and tourism activities aims to provide work opportunities to 8.5 million people. Only White And Green Industries Near Taj Mahal

Sustainable development is essential which requires pedestrian-friendly zones and green areas. The master plan designates 1,813 hectares or 20% of territory for the establishment of manufacturing facilities together with commercial information technology setups. Environmentally sensitive white and green industries are the only permitted businesses within the Taj Trapezium Zone because they comply with environmental guidelines in this area, said CEO Singh.

The DPR serves to decrease pollution levels while progressively enhancing the local economy together with tourism expansion. The plan includes 640 hectares designated for commercial tourism development together with recreational areas and construction infrastructure. Members of the community can reduce vehicle activity and walk between residential districts and commercial spaces because the plan dedicates more than 447 hectares to mixed-use development.

The Development Strategy Targets Both Health And Education

Commercial zones covering 340 hectares of land will create retail markets and office facilities together with business centers which will drive employment opportunities throughout the urban area. Health and education public infrastructure consists of 330 hectares that will incorporate educational campuses together with healthcare facilities, administrative spaces and urban essential services.

The land area consists of 434 hectares which will be designated for agricultural purposes as well as forests. The preservation of substantial green and ecological areas for the township is a priority according to Dr. Singh. The Yamuna River buffer zone occupies around 823 hectares whereas the organized green spaces extend across 485 hectares of territory. The planned areas include 434 hectares that will support forests together with agricultural facilities.

Connectivity: Noida To New Agra In 50 Minutes

Current travel from Noida to Agra through Yamuna Expressway costs three hours for the 200-kilometer journey according to YEIDA sources. YEIDA aims to implement a 131-kilometer rail link extending from Noida to New Agra within its territorial area. The travel time between these locations would decrease to 50 minutes when Namo Bharat trains reach their operating speed of 160 km/h.
