Maha Kumbh Fair is already going on in Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj. The fair will end on auspicious day of Maha Shivaratri on February 26, 202.5
Saints and prominent personalities are visiting Parayagraj to attend the biggest fair of the country Maha Kumbh. Over 45 crore devotees are expected to visit the biggest fair of the country, as per media reports.
There are several arrangements made for the devotees visiting the Sangam city. One such facility is of ration cards. The UP government are issuing the ration cards to the devotees who will be visiting the fair.
Devotees can avail this facility provided by the Uttar Pradesh government. But people have questions like whether this ration card is issued for people from Uttar Pradesh or other states people are also getting this facility.
To give free ration to them, new ration cards are being developed by the Uttar Pradesh Government. Till now over 12,000 people have availed this facility. And total of 25,000 ration cards have been issued.
Who All Can Avail This Benefit?
Under this one Nation One Card scheme, people of any states can avail this benefit. Around 138 temporary ration stores have been installed for Maha Kumbh. People who are not from Uttar Pradesh can avail this benefit on temporary basis.
