In a development that may upset many people in the country and he may be targeted and slammed, former Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah has said that the terrorist attacks will continue to take place in Jammu and Kashmir till a proper solution to the problem is found. Referring to the terror attack in Baramullah district taking place on Thursday, he told the ANI, “This will keep going on in the state and it won’t stop until we find a proper solution for this. We all know from where it comes. I have been seeing it for 30 years – innocents are killed. We are not going to be part of Pakistan, then why they are doing this – to disrupt our future?”

Abdullah’s comments came after suspected Pakistan-based terror groups attacked a vehicle of the Indian Army on Thursday, killing two soldiers and two civilian porters.
