A car crashed into a stationary truck from behind near Dausa Collectorate on the Jaipur-Agra highway. In this accident, four people died, including three women in the car. The accident occurred around 12:15 AM late Friday night near the Collectorate intersection in Dausa, in front of the RTO office.
It is alleged that the RTO team had stopped the truck on the side of the highway for checking when the accident happened. After about half an hour of effort, the Haryana number car was separated from the truck. The car occupants were badly trapped in the vehicle. They were finally extricated after considerable effort.
The injured were sent to the government hospital in Dausa, where they were all declared dead. Deputy SP Ravi Prakash Sharma and the Kotwali police reached the spot.
