LG Sinha highlighted the historical context of conflict entrepreneurs, stating, “They joined hands with our neighbor three decades ago and promoted terrorism and hatred for their own benefits. Their hands are smeared with the blood of innocents.” He condemned their actions, accusing them of profiting from a cycle of violence that has devastated the lives of many in Jammu and Kashmir.
