About The Board Meeting
The board meeting of Noida-Greater Noida Authority scheduled for Friday will see State government Chief Secretary Manoj Singh join Noida-Greater Noida Authority Chairman Manoj Singh for essential discussions about authority proposals. The budgetary allocation will reach approximately 8 thousand crores as per authority officials during this board meeting. Thirty different proposals regarding various works need to be presented to the board during this meeting.
The main recommendation among all proposals seeks to elevate allotment rate values. The leadership of the Noida-Greater Noida Authority will approve a 5 to 6 percent rate hike for allotments across residential, industrial, institutional, and group housing categories.
The board meeting will not consider any changes to commercial property rates despite other approved allocation rate increases according to proposals. Additionally, the budget includes passage of Rs 1300 crore for civil work along with Rs 100 crore for village development projects, as per media reports.
New Noida land acquisition procedures can commence in April-May, this year. When farmers require compensation during this situation the authorities have earmarked Rs 1000 crore to disburse payments. The board will conduct its meeting on Friday. About 23 proposals will be approved, as per reports.
Journey From Sector 142 To The Botanical Garden To Get Easy
The extension of Aqua Line is nearing Central Government approval for its Sector-142 to Botanical Garden route between Noida-Greater Noida. The budget of Rs 500 crore has been fixed for this project, as reported by Hindustan. The 11-kilometer metro line includes eight elevated stations that will serve passengers. The building project will ease life for residents living throughout the Greater Noida Expressway sectors.
The officials will introduce multiple proposals to the authority that include an assessment of the unified policy implementation in district authorities and updates on the flat buyer case with Amitabh Kant Committee and zero period support in 11 NGT builder cases and entertainment city status together with builder group housing. The industrial project status report mirrors institutional and commercial plot completion and industrial plot allocation will be presented for the last twelve months.
