According to the information, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar was admitted to the cardiac Department at AIIMS in Delhi early this morning. The 73-year-old is said to have complained of chest pain and uneasiness. Sources claim that the health of Vice President Dhankhar is stabilised.
Earlier, JP Nadda, Union Health Minister, had also visited AIIMS to inquire about Dhankhar’s condition. Dhankhar was received at AIIMS around 2 am; he was admitted into the Critical Care Unit (CCU), under the charge of Dr Rajiv Narang, the head of the Department of Cardiology, PTI reported. According to sources, he is now in a stable condition. The 73-year-old leader is under the continuous observation of a panel of doctors.
