A mother strangled her two daughters after having a dispute with her husband. Later, She slit her own throat. The incident took place in Uttar Pradesh’s Amroha. The incident has shocked the locals.
After getting information about the gruesome incident, the police officials rushed to the spot. The accused was taken to hospital. Though the motive behind the killings of the daughters is still not clear, the police suspect a quarrel between the couple to be the reason behind the incident.
The incident took place on February 10 in Amroha district’s Bahadurpur village when the mother, Sonia strangled her two daughters and tried to take her life by slitting her own throat.
The Police received the information from the neighbours. The bodies of two daughters were sent for postmortem, and the accused was admitted to a hospital for treatment.
The locals said that the woman’s husband left for Gurugram. Before he was going to his workplace, a quarrel had taken place between the couple. Later, she killed her daughters around 12:30 pm.
A senior police official said the accused strangled her three-year-old and seven-year-old daughters. The police said she had a dispute with her husband. He said a probe has been launched into the matter.
