Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cornflour
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 onion
- 1 capsicum
- 2–3 green chilies
- 1 tbsp each soy
- chili
- and tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp vinegar and pepper
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- salt
- oil

Step By Step Guide
Coat the Paneer and Fry It
Put cornflour, all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, and water in a bowl and mix them together to produce a thick batter. Put the paneer cubes in the batter and deep-fry them until they are brown and crunchy. Let them drain on paper towels.
Make the sauce base
Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok and heat it up. Put in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Put in green chilies, onion, and capsicum. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes over high heat.
Put in the sauces
Put in soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, black pepper, and salt. Combine everything thoroughly and heat for a minute.
Add Paneer
Add the cooked paneer cubes and mix them with the sauce until they are all covered.
Serve
Chop up some spring onions and put them on top. Serve hot. You can eat it as a snack or with fried rice or noodles.
