Mysore Café, a famous food spot in Mumbai, has been serving tasty South Indian dishes since 1936. While the café is well known, not many people know about the woman behind it and her special connection with India’s richest family, the Ambanis.
The Ambani family has been connected to Mysore Café for many years. When Mukesh Ambani was a college student at UDCT (now called ICT) from 1974 to 1979, he often visited local food places like this one. That special connection still continues today and every Sunday, food from Mysore Café is sent to the Ambanis’ home, Antilia.

Radhika warmly said, “Every Sunday, we enjoy your food at home.” Anant added, “It’s only because of you that we get to enjoy such delicious meals.”
