This year’s Saturday Night’s Main Event was a standout event thanks to WWE. The five bouts in the show won over everyone who watched. There were also two championship matches. No title change occurred in either contest. Both Cody Rhodes and Bronson Reed came back to action. In the main bout, Rhodes went after John Cena and helped Jey Uso win. People were very excited to watch Rhodes fight. Whilst the event was very good, there were a few areas that could be improved. Certain questions have been raised about Triple H in relation to a couple of things. Here are three things we noticed went wrong in the episode.
Jey Uso’s Booking
At WrestleMania 41, Jey Uso claimed the World Heavyweight Championship after besting Gunther. To date, the company has not organised Jey’s bookings well. He successfully defended the title on two occasions, but he didn’t get a clear victory in either. He tried to defend the title against Seth Rollins a few weeks ago on Raw, but he was declared the winner by DQ because of outside interference. Uso was set to go home the winner over Logan Paul at Saturday Night’s Main Event, but John Cena got involved. Cody Rhodes helped Jey keep the SmackDown Tag Team Championship. It’s a real disappointment to watch this happen. A better choice for his booking needs to be made. Winning without a loss anywhere would do him a lot of good.

Roman Reigns Not Being There
Many fans were hoping to see Roman Reigns at Saturday Night’s Main Event, but he did not return. To some extent, it seems the company should have marked his return. WWE noticed this as a very serious blunder. The last time we saw Reigns was on the opening Raw after WrestleMania 41. Since that incident, he has not been seen. Fans can watch Money in the Bank live on June 7. Our time is running out until the broadcast. One Saturday Night’s Main Event appearance would have made clear what was planned next for Reigns. At this point, it appears he won’t be participating in Money in the Bank. Fans might definitely take offence to this.
The Final Part Of The Match Fell Flat
Drew McIntyre and Damian Priest faced off in a steel cage match at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Their competition was stopped by this requirement set by the company. Each of them performed at a very high level, just as predicted. But I thought the ending was fairly plain. I believe this also upset many fans. Priest used a chair to drive McIntyre out of the cage and walked away. This is not a fair conclusion to such a great rivalry. On SmackDown, both men engaged in a rough fight outside the ring. Nothing special is done with WWE’s booking of steel cage matches.
