The former Indian player and current commentator Aakash Chopra has understood that the RCB star batter Virat Kohli has improved his game gamplay against spin as compared to other seasons, thats the reason he is having a good-rin in the ongoing IPL 2025.
Today, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) will take on Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the final of IPL 2025 at Narendra Modi Stadium. Last time, when both teams colided with each other during the Qualifiers-1, RCB decimated PBKS in Mullanpur. After all knockout games of playoffs, both teams yet again meet each other and would like to win their first-ever title.
Aakash Chopra reflected his views on Virat Kohli in a video shared on his YouTube channel:
“This has once again been Virat Kohli’s vintage season. The guy is a run machine. He doesn’t stop at all and keeps hitting. We have seen an upgrade in his game against spin this year. His strike rate looks slightly different when it’s a 200-plus chase.”

“He is constantly evolving, and then you wonder why he has left Tests, as he is so fit and is just 36 years old. He has still got it. He said last year that he just wanted to say that he has still got it, and you still have got it, Mr. Kohli. You could have played more Test cricket if you wished, but so be it,” he observed.

Kohli is the RCB’s highest run-getter in the ongoing IPL 2025 for RCB, where he scored 614 runs in 14 innings at a strike rate of 146.53.
