The thrill of the IPL is continuously increasing with every match. IPL is broadcast not only in India but also in many countries around the world. However, it has now been banned in Pakistan. Reports suggest that IPL broadcasts have been halted in Pakistan since Friday evening.
Following the Pahalgam terror attack, India took concrete steps, including banning the broadcast of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) within the country. In response, Pakistan has taken a similar step by banning the IPL broadcast.

Terrorist Attack Worsens the Situation
On April 22, a terrorist attack occurred in Pahalgam, Kashmir. In this tragic incident, 27 innocent people lost their lives, and many others were injured. According to reports, the attack had links to Pakistan, prompting the Indian government to take strict measures.
In addition to banning PSL broadcasts, India has also restricted access to Pakistani social media accounts within the country. This includes the accounts of several Pakistani cricketers such as Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Shoaib Akhtar, Shahid Afridi, and Wasim Akram.
