Fans could be treated to the high-voltage clash between India and Pakistan on September 7, with the final scheduled for September 21. The tournament is expected to run for 17 days.
Delays Causing Concern for Sponsors and Broadcasters
Meanwhile, Up To Sports has reported that uncertainty over the schedule has started to concern tournament sponsors and media partners. The delay in releasing the official fixtures has even prompted the ACC to write to the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), requesting them to finalize the schedule during the upcoming meeting and ensure it is made public by the first week of July.
Adding fuel to speculation, Sony Sports, the official broadcaster of the tournament, recently aired a promo for the Asia Cup 2025 during coverage of the India vs England Test series.
