During a discussion with Aakash Chopra and Sanjay Bangar on air, Suresh Raina, the CSK stalwart, may have dropped a hint that he could take on the role of batting coach for the franchise, on May 25 (Sunday). During CSK’s 83-run victory over the top team, Gujarat Titans, Raina, who was working in the commentary box, said what had happened. Soon afterwards, videos of the group went viral online, but YouTubers later received copyright strikes. Sridharan Sriram did not comment on whether Suresh Raina might take a coaching role with Chennai Super Kings on Sunday.
