ENG Vs IND: Mohammed Siraj Reacts After Heartbreaking Defeat At Lords, Says ‘Some Matches…’

Mohammed Siraj picked four wickets in both the innings and truly made strong effort to build a partnership with Ravindra Jadeja on Day 5 in second innings.

Team India pacer Mohammed Siraj reacted for the first time after Lords heartbreak in the third Test against England. In an Instagram post. Siraj shared a heartfelt message and a series of five photos in which two of them show the time he walked off the field after being bowled out unluckily.

Mohammed Siraj picked four wickets in both the innings and truly made strong effort to build a partnership with Ravindra Jadeja on Day 5 in second innings. Even though he just scored 4 runs off 30 balls but he tried to hold on and extended the match well past tea break. Siraj looked completely shattered after he was bowled out on the day 5 of third Test following which we posted on Instagram and wrote: ‘Some matches stay with you, not for the outcome, but for what they teach,”

India’s batting order completely collapsed and at 112/8 the hopes to win completely seem to have vanished bur Ravindra Jadeja came in to bat and stood till the end as the sole warrior. Even the top effort from Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Siraj to hold the partnership from the other side was commendable. Jadeja scored 30 runs with Nitish Reddy the 35 runs with Jasprit Bumrah and 23 runs with Mohammed Siraj. He batted brilliantly and even though India was bowled out for 170, he remained not out at 61 and showed his masterclass.

Siraj did the perfect defense but still he unluckily got bowled out and England emerged victorious whereas Siraj stood their helpless and shattered that despite India being winning favourites the team still lost.
