Jasprit Bumrah’s Wife Sanjana Ganesan Strongly Reacts After Trolls Mock Their Son Angad, Says ‘Internet Is Despicable, Vile Place To…’

Jasprt Bumrah performed outstandingly and helped Mumbai Indians register a victory against Lucknow Super Giants. But during the same match the video of his son went viral and his wife Sanjana Ganesan thrashed all the trolls.

Jasprit Bumrah enjoyed an incredible night at Wankhede Stadium on Sunday, his wife Sanjana Ganesan and little son Angad cheered for him as MI won against the Lucknow Super Giants. With Bumrah pocketing four scalps in taking the match decisively from their side’s grasp, his big night won Mumbai Indians its best win. His outstanding spell received thunderous applause, and cameras fleetingly caught young Angad in the audience just a few seconds on camera, but enough to send social media into a tizzy.

But what should have been a beaming family moment soon turned into an awkward one online. As Angad became the surprising topic of conversation on various social media sites, Sanjana Ganesan went on to social media and thrashed all the mocking trolls. She heavily condemned trolls and internet users for making her son’s brief appearance a viral moment of unmerited comment and entertainment.

“Our son is NOT a topic for your entertainment.” Jasprit Bumrah’s wife Sanjana wrote

“Jasprit and I do everything in our power to keep Angad away from social media because the Internet is a despicable, vile place to be and I completely understand the implications of bringing a child to a cricket stadium filled with cameras, but please understand that Angad and I were there to support Jasprit and nothing else.”

“We have no interest in our son being viral Internet content or national news, with unnecessarily opinionated keyboard warriors deciding who Angad is, what his problem is, what his personality is, from 3 seconds of footage.”

“He is one and a half years old. Throwing around words like trauma and depression in reference to a baby says so much about who we’re becoming as a community and it’s honestly really sad. You know NOTHING about our son, nothing about our lives, and I request you to keep your opinions online true to that.”

“A little honesty and a little kindness goes a long way in today’s world,” she wrote.
