Since 2001, not more than five teams have been able to repeat Ranji Trophy titles—Mumbai (both times), Rajasthan, Karnataka, and Vidarbha. Now that Vidarbha are near their third title, they wish to inscribe their name further in the books of Indian domestic cricket.
