In the Champions Trophy 2025, Shikhar Dhawan was seen with a mystery woman and their picture created a stir on internet. Several reports stated that, the mystery woman was Sophie Shine, who hails from Ireland.
Now, Dhawan has apparently ended all rumours by virtually confirming his relationship. In a now viral video, Dhawan was questioned by an anchor as to what his girlfriend’s name was. Refusing at first, the 39-year-old cricketer ultimately answered with a witty comment:
“I won’t take any names, but the most beautiful girl in the room is my girlfriend.”

The moment he uttered these words, the camera cut to a woman who closely resembled the one seen with Dhawan during the Champions Trophy. The clip has since gone viral, generating further speculation about his love life.

“It has been two years since I’ve seen my son, one years since I last spoke to him. It has been difficult, but you learn to live with it. I miss him and speak to him spiritually,” Dhawan said, speaking on the ANI podcast.

Shikhar Dhawan was divorced from Aesha Mukherji in October 2023 and even lost the custody of his son following which he has faced difficulties to be in contact with him. Now the speculation about his relationship has gained momentum.
