The race for a spot in top two is getting intense and the match between Mumbai Indians and Punjab Kings will definitely be a decider. The match will be held at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur, starting at 7:30 pm IST with the toss scheduled at 7:00 pm IST.
Yuzvendra Chahal Injury Update
Punjab Kings are in the playoffs for the first time after 11 years and if they win they will become the first team to secure a place in top two. But one fresh new setback that Punjab has faced is Yuzvendra Chahal’s injury. In the last match against Delhi Capitals he had to miss it due to small niggle but it turns out that the injury has still not improved. According to ESPNCricinfo, Chahal is most likely to miss the match against Mumbai Indians today due to the same “wrist injury.” It is also expected that Chahal will be back and play in IPL 2025 playoffs.
