The International Cricket Committee unveils the poster for the Champions Trophy Today. It features all the captains of the 8 teams i.e Indian captain Rohit Sharma, Pakistan captain Mohammad Rizwan, Australia Skipper Steve Smith, Afghanistan skipper Hashmatullah Shahidi, newly appointed Kiwi captain Mitchell Santner, Bangladesh Skipper Najmul Hossain Shanto, English captain Jos Buttler and Proteas’ captain Temba Bavuma. With Rohit and Rizwan in the middle, the ICC displays the significance of both India and Pakistan in ICC tournaments.

The Champions Trophy is scheduled from 19 November to 9 March with Pakistan playing against New Zealand in the inaugural match of the tournament. India will play its first match against Bangladesh on 20 November in this Champions Trophy season. India and Pakistan will play against each other on 23 February in Dubai.
Pakistan has adopted a double engine in this Champions Trophy. India will be playing all it’s matches in Dubai due to political friction between the hosting nation Pakistan and India. The first match of India will be played at Dubai International Stadium, UAE against Pakistan.
