Australian batter Travis Head smashed his eighth Test hundred during the IND vs AUS 2nd Test being played at the Adelaide Oval. Head reached the three-figure mark in just 111 balls wherein he smashed the fastest ever ton in any d/n Test match. The South Australian broke his previous record when he reached the milestone in just 112 balls. Head has led Australia’s aggressive counter attack against India on Day 2 of IND vs AUS 2nd Test wherein the latter celebrated his hundred in special fashion. Despite hitting a hundred, the latter continued his attack against the Indian bowlers and in the end, he was dismissed by Mohammed Siraj.

Travis Head Pays Tribute To Phil Hughes With Majestic Hundred

Travis Head paid tribute to late Australian cricketer and his former teammate Phil Hughes with his majestic ton in the IND vs AUS 2nd Test. Hughes passed away back in 2014 after being it head due to a bouncer by Australian pacer Sean Abbott during a Sheffield Shield match. The video for the same went viral on the social media. The Australian team has come way ahead in the IND vs AUS 2nd Test due to its aggressive batting on Day 2.
