According to the current standings, the Gujarat Titans maintains the top position at the points table with 8 wins in 11 matches, The Royal Challengers Bengaluru find the second spot at the points table also win 8 wins in 11 matches. The Punjab Kings secured the third spot with 7 wins in 11 matches. The Mumbai Indians with a great comeback after winning 4 of the last 5 matches, slip into the 4th place with 7 wins in 12 matches.

Who Will Face Who?

To conserve time, finish the contest, and remove the eliminators, the most logical way to schedule the fixtures is to set the first and the fourth spot securing teams in semifinals 1, while seeding the second and third spot securing teams in semifinals 2. With this, the Gujarat Titans will face the Punjab Kings and the Royal Challengers Bengaluru will face the Mumbai Indians. The winners of both matches will play for the title in the finals.
