The RCB fanbase increased by over 2 million people in just a few weeks, following their count of 18 million in April 2025. First, the team beat traditional IPL dominators CSK and MI this year, and it has now built an impressive advantage in social media.

Earlier this year, Rajesh Menon, the Chief Operating Officer of RCB, explained how the team’s success came from being real and regularly interacting with fans.

RCB rose quickly in followers last week after winning several high-scoring matches, with the win over CSK at Chepauk, their first over them in long years, leading to a surge of excitement among fans on social media. Now in third place, RCB is looking to secure the top place with a win over LSG on May 27.
