When the English bowlers started testing his patience with tight lines and defensive fields, Pant expressed his frustration to his partner KL Rahul ā a moment that was caught on the stump mic and is now going viral on social media. It was clear from Pantās body language that in an attempt to play cautiously, he wasnāt able to play his natural shots. Eventually, unable to hold back, he shared his feelings with Rahul in a humorous tone.

Talking about the match, Day 4 of the Headingley Test is underway. India scored 475 runs in their first innings and then restricted England to 465. Now in their second innings, India is building a lead. At the time of writing, India were 153/3 at lunch on Day 4. Rishabh Pant was batting on 31 off 59 balls, while KL Rahul remained solid at the other end with 72 off 157 balls.
