New Delhi: Tennis great Roger Federer is preparing for his tournament of the career as he arrives in London to play Laver Cup. Earlier, Federer announced his retirement from competitive games and said that that upcoming Laver Cup will be his last outing in the cheer.

Federer to start practice session

Roger Federer is set to start his practise session from September 22 with Team Europe. The tournament will see all tennis great including Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, and Andy Murray, Casper Ruud and Stefanos Tsitsipas.

Laver Cup to be the last event –  Federer

“The Laver Cup next week in London will be my final ATP event. I will play more tennis in the future, of course, but just not in Grand Slams or on the tour. This is a bittersweet decision because I will miss everything the tour has given me. But at the same time, there is so much to celebrate. I consider myself one of the most fortunate people on earth,” Roger Federer wrote in his retirement letter.
