We are still months away from the launch of the new iPhone 17 models in India, but an extensive array of leaks originating from Chinese dummy models have further added to the highly anticipated arrival of the new iPhone 17s. This time around the lineup has undergone several changes, it would consist of iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max. The Air model would be quite different from any of the recent phones that the brand had launched. As per dummy models its overall thickness would only be around 5.5 mm.
Beyond the overall appeal of the new iPhone air here are a few details about what you can expect from the camera of the Air mdoel.
Apple iPhone 17 Pro
The iPhone Pro and Max would have a 48 megapixel lens, along with a 48 megapixel fusion lens, A 48- megapixel Ultra Wide Lens and beyond that a new 48 megapixel Tetaprism Telephoto lens. The new Ultra wide lens would be similar to the one that was introduced with the iPhone. Beyond that the upgraded Telephhotolens would be a standout camera feature.
Beyond the new cameras, Apple would also be focusing on the novel ability of the new iPhone pro models to be able to support 8k video recording. Beyond that, a new feature for dual video recording that would allow users to record Video with both the front cameras as well as the rear camera.
To further get the photography enthusiasts onboard with the new phone Apple is also planning to give the phone a mechanical aperture that would allow the users to manually adjust the amount of light reaching the aperture. Users would be able to manipulate the depth of field to get the perfect shot.
The Dummy models as well as a slew of leaks have already been able to showcase the overall design change. Instead of a square bump Apple has been planning to turn it into a rectangle. The camera sensors would be located on the left-hand side of the camera bar while the flash Microphone as well as the Lidar would be moved further away to the other end of the rectangle.
iPhone 17 Air Camera
Because the iPhone 17 air would be based on a smaller chassis it would have a single 48 Megapixel Fusion Camera. The phone would not have any room for a telephoto lens, because Apple is planning to make the iPhone 17 air super thin. Rumors suggest that the phone would be only 5.5 mm Thick. The Normal iPhone 17 would have a 24 megapixel front facing camera while its possible that the rear cameras might be the same as that of the iPhone 16’s rear camera. The entry level 17 would probably continue with a 48 megapixel lens and a 12 Megapixel Ultra Wide Lens.
