Samosa Seller Scores Big In NEET 2024, Eyes A Future In Medical

Kumar remembers, “After school, I had about one to two hours to set up the stall.” He adds, “My father is around, but he doesn’t support me.”

When Pandey asks who supports him at home, Kumar replies, “My mother is the one who supports me fully.”

His mother adds, “I encourage him to study, guiding him along the way. He tells me he wants to study and achieve something in life.”

To support Kumar’s dreams, Pandey has offered him Rs 6 lakh and pledged to cover his medical college tuition fees.

Despite working 4-5 hours a day at his samosa stall, Sunny Kumar’s commitment to his studies paid off as he scored an impressive 664 out of 720 on the NEET 2024 exam.

Kumar shared that he often studied all night, which sometimes led to eye pain. He said his interest in medicine grew from seeing how medicines work and wanting to understand how people are cured, which is why he chose Biology. He also emphasized that selling samosas won’t define his future.
